Tradis Sp. z o.o. is a Polish limited liability company engaging in wholesale distribution of food products, household chemical products, and cosmetics throughout Poland. Tradis is the integrator for the wholesale business of the Emperia Trading Group and is among the largest wholesale sector operators in Poland. Tradis combines the expertise of wholesale companies acquired over the years of presence in the FMCG wholesale market. It is a reliable and trustworthy business partner, effectively supporting the development of FMCG retailers.

We offer products with delivery to the client’s doorstep and through a chain of Cash & Carry self-service locations throughout six geographical regions covering the entire Poland. Our operations—based on 8 Wholesale Centres, over 70 branches totalling 250,000 sq. m in warehousing space, and a fleet of nearly 500 delivery vehicles—effectively supply a full range of grocery products to 40,000 clients.



We are distinguished by the width of the permanent product offering which comprises over 14,000 product items originating from over 600 domestic national and local producers! We offer several dozen of food product categories, including confectionery, coffee and tea, concentrates and canned products, beverages and spirits, refrigerated products, including dairy and fat products, as well as household chemical products and cosmetics. That is why we are capable of meeting most product needs of every retailer, and in response to the demands of out clients, we constantly expand our range.

The strong competition in the FMCG market creates challenges for us in terms of the effective promotion of the products on offer. In our capacity as the wholesaler, representing the main link between producers and retailers, we have developed a whole range of promotional vehicles geared towards self-service and customer service. Regular promotional newsletters, special product offers and mobile text campaigns, animations and product tasting, pallet remainders, special deals, super promotions, as well as the eProfit partner loyalty programme ensure that out clients remain current at all times with our unique promotional offering developed by us in conjunction with the producers.

In the interest of providing a better service to our clients, we have supplemented the individual assistance of our 350 Sales Representatives by developing the B2B platform, eHurtownia, enabling trouble-free 24/7 on-line ordering. A similar solution, EDINET – eProducent platform, is used to communicate with producers and suppliers. We are a modern company which relies on an integrated IT system to optimise logistic and warehousing processes.

Tradis has in place the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management quality system certified by Bureau Veritas Certification. It is the latest quality standard employed in the implementation of the international HACCP system. The certification for the above standard was awarded to us, as the first wholesale business in Europe and third food business in Poland, in October 2006!
